These terms and any specific conditions that may be established explicitly regulate the relationships between museeorsayticket.com and third parties (hereafter 'users') who book or purchase tickets for the Orsay Museum through museeorsayticket.com.

2. Reservations, Payments, and Access Instructions

To purchase your tickets on museeorsayticket.com, follow this simple process:

  • Make the payment using credit or debit cards through the Stripe payment gateway.
  • Once the payment is completed, you will receive your tickets via email in PDF format. These tickets will include a unique identifier, which can be either a reservation locator or a QR code issued by the Orsay Museum. Ticket delivery times may vary depending on the schedule and current demand.
  • Ensure not to duplicate the reservation. If you have made the purchase and have not received the confirmation email, promptly contact us via chat or email at infoorsay@ticketgotourism.com. All reservation requests will be processed, so if you send a request again, we will assume you want to book more tickets and will handle them accordingly.

3. Ticket Purchase Limitations and Prohibitions

To avoid unfair practices in ticket purchases for each event, limitations on the maximum number of tickets a user can buy, as well as credit card restrictions and other conditions, may be set. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and verified for each transaction.

6. Refunds

Once a reservation is made, no changes to the date or time are allowed, and no refunds will be issued except in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances, which will be individually assessed.
